What is the age range of the patients you typically work with?
Explore our range of specialized care services tailored to individuals aged 10-65 years old. We provide psychiatric medication management, focusing on your mental well-being.
What type of insurances do you take?
As of right now, we are currently accepting; Cigna, 1199, Aetna, EBCBS, Anthem BC, UnitedHealthCare, UnitedHealthCare Oxford, , and Northwell Direct
What is the patients responsibility?
It is the patient's responsibility to see what services are covered and what are not. As well as understanding if they have any out of pocket costs/fees that are associated with services rendered. All co-pays are collected the day before appointment.
What are referral sources?
We collaborate with a network of trusted professionals (I.e., therapists) to ensure you receive the best care possible. Our partnerships are dedicated to your mental health journey.
Who do I speak to if I have a question about an invoice or EOB I received?
Please contact our billing department. You can either text our main office number or via email to dovepsychiatry624@gmail.com. Your inquiry will be answered within 72 business hours. Please refer to our business hours of operation.
Do you provide therapy?
Although I do not provide therapy, we have a wonderful resource team of therapists that you may find on our website, and by clicking on a name or icon it will transport you to their website.
